**Overview:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a temporary, hybrid role that requires one weekend day each week, starting in September and ending in January. If you have a flexible schedule, excellent computer and phone skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers in telephone sales and online support through Live Chat and E-Mail
* Sell extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise
* Offer excellent customer support for customers who have purchased items
* Review online orders to provide online fraud protection
* Track and expedite orders on a daily basis
* Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
* Gain knowledge of current and new products with the ability to communicate their features and benefits to customers
* Attend product and sales training meetings as requested by sales management
