Structure EstimatorDepartment: ProductionReports To: Estimating LeadershipSummaryThe Structure Estimator is responsible for building Structure Repair estimates with accuracy and according to documented estimating policies. This includes conducting comprehensive remote assessments of damaged properties, verifying sketches, and ensuring compliance with all client and program specific SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scoping:
• Conduct thorough remote evaluations of damaged properties using sketches, 3D scans, photos, documents, videos, etc.
• Review all necessary details to create an accurate estimate.

5. Minimum Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in property restoration, construction, or insurance claim estimating.
• Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, industry programs.
• Certifications: IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, AMRT) or other relevant industry credentials are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
