Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Keystone Recruitment is seeking a talented Fine Artist to contribute creative expertise to innovative AI training initiatives. In this unique role, you will apply your knowledge of traditional and digital art practices to help train AI systems to better understand artistic techniques and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
• Create and curate original artwork using traditional media (e.g., pen, ink, watercolor, charcoal, oil) and/or digital tools
• Apply core artistic principles such as line, composition, color theory, perspective, mass, and spatial relationships in AI training materials
• Break down and document your creative process to support structured AI learning
• Provide detailed written and verbal explanations of artistic decisions and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine artistic guidelines and outputs
• Review and evaluate AI-generated artwork for quality, stylistic accuracy, and coherence
• Maintain and present a professional portfolio demonstrating range and skill
Skills
• Proven experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or related visual disciplines
• Strong proficiency in traditional techniques and/or digital art tools (including Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and artistic composition
• Ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and artistic intent
• Experience working collaboratively in team-based or remote environments
• High attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or documenting artistic processes
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital art training initiatives
• Experience promoting or showcasing artwork through digital platforms
