[Remote] Solutions Engineer - Corporate Accounts

The Solutions Engineer - Corporate Accounts will provide technical pre-sales support, develop relationships with customers, and present CyberArk’s solutions effectively. Responsibilities - Technical pre-sales support - Develop and maintain technical relationships within prospective accounts and existing customers, helping to identify opportunities for CyberArk adoption - Present CyberArk’s technical value proposition to customers and partners effectively - Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs (first-pass technical responses) - Deliver customer-facing workshops, including content ownership, scheduling, delivery, and updates when products or GTM messaging change - Conduct and ensure success of Proofs-of-Concepts (POCs) - Documentation of client feature requests and issues in CRM system - Support CyberArk and partner seminars and industry trade shows - Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams - Develop technical knowledge of CyberArk and associated technologies - Assume the role of a mentor to other system engineers when appropriate (as skills develop) - Create and maintain training content for the SE organization when appropriate Skills - 1–3 years of experience in software pre-sales, IT administration, security, consulting, or another customer-facing technical role (internships or co-ops considered) - Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required - Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations - Experience with UNIX/Linux - Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences - Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels and work cross-functionally to move opportunities forward - Interest in learning security concepts, identity, and enterprise infrastructure, with the ability to apply them in customer discussions - Experience with CyberArk solutions is not required; familiarity with enterprise applications, identity management, or security technologies is a plus - Experience with LDAP Directories and/or types of authentications - Enterprise application authentication experience a plus (i.e., .NET, Java, CLI) - Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) a plus - Security related certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP) a plus - Familiarity with SaaS solutions Benefits - A wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits Company Overview - CyberArk is a security company that applies intelligent privilege controls to every identity across the identity lifecycle.
