As a Registered Dietitian with our Enteral Center of Excellence, you'll play a vital role in promoting our home enteral nutrition support program and providing exceptional clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals. Job Description Summary: We're seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to develop and implement clinical, operational, and marketing strategies for our enteral nutrition program. As a key member of our team, you'll provide daily clinical support, education, and training to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, while promoting our enteral formulary and established supply and formula guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day clinical support for enteral nutrition patients, including nutrition assessments and follow-up care Conduct phone-based enteral nutrition education and provide patient enteral pump set-up and troubleshooting as needed Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs for internal staff and external healthcare professionals Collaborate with management to ensure nutrition support competence, compliance, and cost efficiency Participate in professional organizations and on-call Dietitian Rotation Requirements: Registered Dietitian with a license/certification in the current state of practice 2+ years of experience with enteral nutrition as a nutrition support professional Board Certification in Nutrition Support or intent to receive within 1 year of hire Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and evaluate clinical programs Excellent communication and education skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team What We Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, dental, disability, health, life, and vision insurance Paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic and supportive work environment with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Join Our Team!
