Overview and Compensation Our System Flex Pool team is a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals who provide exceptional care across various units, including medical and cardiac intensive care, step-down units, Med/Surg, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, and post-surgical units. As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive compensation package, including: $52/hr. Evening differential: $2.50/hr. Night differential: $3.00/hr. Weekend differential: $3.00/hr. Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our System Flex Pool, your essential functions will include: Supervising nursing care and coordinating total patient care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. Floating between units and campuses as needed, including Porter and HealthPlex. Providing exceptional care in various departments, such as Cardiac, Med/Surg, Tele, Step Down, Ortho, Oncology, and Overflow/COVID. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) in Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience, or a combination of RN and LPN experience. A current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred and required within 6 months of hire.
