Responsibilities
• Analyze complex business datasets to generate actionable insights for business processes such as (but not limited to) Long Range Forecasting, Strategic Workforce Planning, Purchase Service Strategy, Normalized Applied Hours etc
• Prepare data based on drilldown analysis with SMEs and ensure alignment with Standard Work requirements
• Answer questions visually as defined in standard work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, HR, Digital Technologies, engineering and SMEs to identify requirements, data trends and opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Develop and deploy documentation for standard work. Train stakeholders
• Lead change management efforts for data and visualization updates
• Address issues promptly to ensure data and visualization integrity
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
