Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PSYPACT Clinical Psychologists to join our team, specializing in providing psychological services to individuals within the workers' compensation population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess the mental health and well-being of individuals within the workers' compensation population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address psychological issues and promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused therapies, to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, and vocational counselors, to coordinate care and facilitate the return-to-work process.
- Advocate for clients within the workers' compensation system to ensure access to appropriate mental health services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) IS A PLUS!
- PsyPact Passport IS REQUIRED!
- The states that are currently approved to be part of the PsyPact are are follows: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
- Experience working with individuals within the workers' compensation population is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests and measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines and regulations.
