GC AI is the fastest-growing and most trusted legal AI platform for in-house legal teams. They are seeking a GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation infrastructure and operational systems that power the company's go-to-market motion.
Responsibilities

- Design and maintain lead enrichment and routing pipelines to ensure the right leads reach the right reps instantly
- Create HubSpot automations, workflows, and integrations that keep the sales process clean and efficient
- Build productivity tools, deal alerts, and Slack integrations that keep the sales team informed in real time
- Document and communicate automations clearly so every AE and SDR can use and trust the systems you build
- Automate customer health scoring inputs and create alert workflows that surface at-risk accounts to CSMs in real time
- Build onboarding automation sequences: triggered workflows, task creation, and Slack notifications that keep CSMs and customers moving through the onboarding process
- Build automation tooling that supports Solutions Attorneys: track prompt library usage, workshop attendance, and per-account adoption metrics
- Automate the routing of customer feedback and Voice of Customer signals from Solutions Attorney interactions into HubSpot for CS and Product visibility
- Maintain data hygiene across customer and contact records and flag anomalies
- Build and maintain partner tracking in HubSpot: sourced deals, referral attribution, co-sell pipeline, and partner contact records
- Design and automate partner lead routing so referrals reach the right AE instantly and with full context
- Build partner onboarding automation: intake forms, welcome sequences, and HubSpot enrollment triggers
- Create partner-sourced pipeline and attribution dashboards for leadership review
- Own integrations between partner tooling (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or equivalent) and HubSpot
- Maintain data hygiene across partner records and flag anomalies
- Own HubSpot health: properties, pipelines, record structure, data integrity, and ongoing hygiene
- Triage and resolve CRM issues raised by AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders
- Build one-off reports, segments, and views that give GTM leaders the data they need, when they need it
- Guide team members on CRM best practices
- Continuously evaluate new AI vendors and automation tools for the GTM tech stack
- Lead initial implementation and ongoing maintenance when new tools are adopted
- Stay current on what's emerging in AI and automation, and bring your recommendations to the team

Skills
- Hands-on experience, professional or self-taught, with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Comfort with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, or equivalent vibe-coding environments
- Actual coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) are a strong plus; the more technical you are, the bigger your impact
- Strong bias toward action; you ship things, you don't just plan them
- High agency and ownership mentality; you see a problem, and you fix it
- Clear communicator who can document and teach what you build
- Genuine excitement about automation, AI tools, and building operational systems
- Bonus: experience as an AE or SDR at a SaaS or AI company; you'll bring first-hand instincts for what GTM teams actually need
