**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
