Office Receptionist - Evenings & Weekends

The Office Receptionist is a full time position with the following hours (able to be flexible): Saturday 10-6 or 12-8, Sunday 12-5 and 3 shifts during the week at 12-8pm. Below are some of the responsibilities: ? managing and handling customer inquiries when they come to the office ? answering incoming telephone calls ? calling our customers regarding their orders and/or deliveries ? working with our sales staff to provide the best shopping experience for our guests ? processing applications for our finance vendors ? handling payments from customers ? closing out cash drawer and reconciling the days business You must be friendly, outgoing, reliable, and able to multi-task. We need someone that can be available to work weekends and evenings. Pay and compensation will depend on previous experience and skill set. We will work with you on being flexible.
