ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for being the subject matter expert in terms of internal guidelines and investor guidelines
- Responsible for fielding complex scenarios and assisting with lending solution suggestions
- Work in collaboration with Underwriting, Investors, Compliance, Sales, and Operations
- Serve as a liaison between branches (LO, LOA, Processor) and investors
- Accurately provide investor replies
- Collaborate with Delivery & Post-Closing to ensure post-closing issues are resolved
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of mortgage related experience preferred.
- 1+ year of NonQM knowledge preferred.
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
- Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
This position is available as a Remote position.
Pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
