Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Configuration Lead – Remote Job Summary The Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Configuration Lead provides advanced technical leadership in the design, development, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). This role leads configuration resources, develops scalable and sustainable solutions, and supports integrated data operations within a complex healthcare environment. The Configuration Lead is responsible for designing visually professional, user‑centered SharePoint sites, producing high‑quality reports using diverse information management tools, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) systems and a proven ability to translate data requirements into actionable, compliant, and intuitive solutions.   Minimum Qualifications (Required) - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 4 years of experience managing data systems, producing reports, and working with VHA systems. - At least 3 years of experience leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of: - Microsoft SharePoint - Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps - Demonstrated expertise in: - SharePoint design incorporating visual professionalism and maximizing user experience - Leading and overseeing configuration resources - Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and sustainable - Experience designing and producing reports using a wide range of information management research tools, systems, and processes—with a strong focus on Integrated Health Care data workflows. - In‑depth knowledge of VHA systems and data files, including but not limited to: - Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) - Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) - VHA Support Service Center (VSSC) - VHA Reports and Measurement Portal (RAMP) - Patient Treatment File (PTF) / MedSAS - Managerial Cost Accounting (MCA) System - Primary Care Management Module (PCMM) - National Patient Care Database (NPCD) - Veterans Services Network Corporate Mini Master File (VETSNET) Synensys is committed to providing its employees with a work environment that is free of unlawful discrimination on the basis of any legally protected status including race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, protected veterans   or other status protected by law.
