The team works across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and other retention channels to improve engagement, retention, and long-term customer value. ✍ Short Description We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with an Email focus to support the execution and optimization of retention programs across multiple channels. This role will help build customer journeys, launch and improve lifecycle flows, support testing initiatives, maintain performance reporting, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience. Compensation: Competitive salary in USD Language Requirements: Professional English Location: 100% Remote Start Date: ASAP What We Offer • Full-time remote role in a fast-moving marketing environment • Opportunity to work across multiple retention channels and customer journey stages • Cross-functional collaboration with creative, brand, acquisition, analytics, and customer experience teams • A team that values testing, optimization, and continuous improvement Responsibilities • Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle programs across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and direct mail • Support end-to-end flow execution, including journey mapping, wireframing, build, QA, deployment, and post-launch optimization • Ensure messaging, timing, and channel mix work together cohesively across the customer experience • Map customer journeys by lifecycle stage and identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities • Support segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and motivations • Translate customer insights into actionable lifecycle improvements and campaigns • Execute against the testing roadmap, including prioritization, documentation, and learnings • Run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, content, offers, timing, audience, and channel tactics • Continuously optimize programs based on performance data to improve retention and customer experience • Maintain lifecycle reporting, track key KPIs, and surface insights and opportunities • Partner with data and analytics teams to identify retention drivers and measure program impact • Share results, learnings, and recommendations with internal teams and leadership • Partner with Creative, Brand, Social, Acquisition, and Customer Experience teams to align strategy and campaign execution • Coordinate timelines and deliverables in a high-velocity marketing environment • Support campaign-based email and SMS sends, including brief support, build/QA, segmentation, and performance recap • Assist with retention team projects such as workflow launches, process improvements, and documentation • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on platform onboarding, integrations, reporting enhancements, and testing support ✅ Qualifications (Must Haves) • Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment • Experience building or managing lifecycle journeys and flows such as welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, and abandonment • Experience with ESP and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Exponea, or similar tools • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals related to analysis, testing, optimization, and performance measurement • Strong project management skills and comfort working cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with subscription and/or loyalty programs • Experience working in high-volume retention environments with multiple channels and stakeholders • Comfort supporting both campaign execution and process improvement initiatives Ready to help build stronger lifecycle programs and improve customer retention across channels?
