Marketing Manager for Premium D2C Brand (Hands-On, Creative & Execution-Focused)

We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle electronics brand serving customers across the U.S. and globally. Our products sit at the intersection of premium design, functionality, and everyday utility. We are looking for a US-based Marketing Manager to oversee and push the visual direction, brand storytelling, and marketing execution across multiple channels. This is NOT an ads role. We do NOT need Facebook ads, media buying, or Amazon PPC. We need a marketing leader who can drive brand presence, creative output, and growth initiatives across all non-paid channels. What You’ll Own You will act as the central force coordinating and executing our marketing direction. Brand & Visual Direction • Guide brand look, feel, and consistency across channels • Oversee product imagery, creative assets, and storytelling • Ensure premium positioning across all touchpoints Creative Production & AI Image Generation • Direct creation of product visuals and lifestyle imagery • Use AI tools to generate high-quality branded visuals • Work with designers and freelancers to execute creative Instagram & Social Growth Strategy • Develop and execute Instagram growth strategy • Guide content direction and visual storytelling • Build a cohesive brand aesthetic and voice Affiliate & Influencer Program Oversight • Manage and expand affiliate partnerships • Coordinate influencer collaborations • Improve performance and relationship management Marketing Execution & Coordination • Manage freelancers and creative contributors • Ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track • Turn strategy into real output quickly What We Are Looking For ✔ Based in the United States (required) ✔ Experience working with or managing $50M+ consumer brands ✔ Strong creative instincts with premium brand sensibility ✔ Hands-on executor — not just strategy or oversight ✔ Deep understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and positioning ✔ Experience managing multiple creative and marketing workflows ✔ Comfortable using modern tools, including AI creative tools ✔ Ability to move quickly and iterate without hand-holding IMPORTANT: Required Experience Details To be considered, you MUST include: 1️ Brands you have worked with for 2+ years • Brand name • Website link • Revenue scale (if known) 2️ Your role and responsibilities • What you owned • What you executed personally • What results you achieved 3️ Examples of: • brand visual direction • social growth or content strategy • affiliate/influencer program growth • creative campaigns or launches Who This Role Is NOT For ❌ Media buyers or ad optimization specialists ❌ PPC or Amazon advertising managers ❌ Pure strategists with no execution experience ❌ Agencies delegating work to juniors Ideal Candidate You are both a creative thinker and a hands-on builder.
