Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager to oversee our call center and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in cold calling, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day call center operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Lead, train, and motivate telecallers and sales executives. • Handle and monitor cold calling activities and outbound sales campaigns. • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure team performance meets KPIs. • Monitor call quality, conversions, and customer interactions. • Develop strategies to improve lead generation, call efficiency, and sales closure. • Coordinate with senior management for reporting, planning, and execution. • Ensure adherence to company policies and call center standards. • Handle escalations and support the team to achieve better results. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager / Sales Manager / Team Leader. • Strong background in cold calling, outbound sales, and call center profiles. • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/call center tools. Preferred Skills • Experience managing sales or telecalling teams. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Target-driven and performance-focused mindset.
