We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Field Engineer to join our IT team at Moore Kingston Smith. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is ready to build their skills in a dynamic professional services environment.
You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a car to apply for this position.
📍 Romford (base) with travel to Redhill, St Albans, West End, Heathrow and Godalming offices.
What you’ll be doing
Providing on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
Supporting office tech including workstations and meeting room equipment
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
Travelling between offices to deliver field support and ensure smooth operations
Helping colleagues with IT projects and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
At least 1 years’ experience in IT support or service desk
Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop setup
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
Good communicator, confident working with different teams
Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
Experience in professional services (finance, legal, consulting) is a plus
