### **About the Role**
We’re seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst (Remote) to support data-driven decision-making across our national operations. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you’ll deliver weekly KPI reports, track sales and presenter performance, and support high-impact strategic initiatives alongside our Director of Business Optimization.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data segmentation and event performance analysis while receiving mentorship in a fast-growing organization.
### **What You'll Do**
• Produce weekly KPI dashboards and efficiency reports for sales and presenter performance.
• Analyze sales data to support lead distribution, tracking, and optimization.
• Assist with event analysis and planning for company-owned locations nationwide.
• Contribute to primary segmentation of our national database (foundation for database marketing).
• Work with modern analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, Python/R, AI platforms).
### **What We're Looking For**
• Entry-level candidates with a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent training or experience is also welcome.
• Strong foundational skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate insights clearly.
### **Nice to Have**
• Recent training or coursework in machine learning, AI-driven data analytics, or predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus.
### **Compensation**
$65,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and skill set. Candidates who can leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive high-impact insights may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
Compensation will align with technical capability, level of ownership, and ability to independently deliver meaningful business impact. This role offers opportunities for expanded responsibility and growth as business needs evolve.
