All Jobs  >  Carpenter - FEBR HBC MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC Apply Carpenter - FEBR Remote Worker - N/A Apply Description   Hana Technologies and Systems is hiring an experienced Carpenter at various Overseas locations. Must have experience with metal framing, insulation, drywall measuring & hanging, drywall finishing (taping, mudding, sanding), ACT removal, reinstallation & new installation, flooring & cove base removal and installation, priming and painting installation and is familiar with US Embassy/OBO standards for construction. Key Areas of Responsibilities: · Demolishes and prepares rough openings for replacement FE/BR doors and windows · Assists with material uncrating, QC inspects, and stages new products per manufacturer's requirements · Removes and reinstates architectural finishes around existing FEBR products · Performs interior and exterior finishing work at newly installed FEBR products and systems · Performs punch list to the satisfaction of the Client. Requirements   Requirements: · High school diploma or GED. · Minimum 1-14 years related carpentry, and general construction experience required · Attention to detail and high-end finishes · Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team · Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
