We are a fast-paced consulting and implementation agency dedicated to revolutionizing the way US law firms leverage technology to enhance client service delivery. • As an Implementation Consultant, your role is multifaceted, comprising approximately 75% hands-on system design, development, and implementation, and 25% operational analysis, client consulting, and direct interaction. The technical aspects of your responsibilities will involve tackling challenges across five key domains: • **CRM Systems:** When a firm's intake team struggles with slow response times, leading to lost case opportunities, you will design and build automated email, SMS, and AI-driven workflows. These solutions will ensure immediate lead engagement and efficient qualification, capturing valuable business. • **Case Management & Project Management Systems:** If staff have disengaged from their existing systems, resulting in a backlog of hundreds of overdue tasks, you will standardize processes, implement automation, and clear this backlog. Your efforts will transform these systems into reliable, single sources of truth for all case-related activities. • **Data & Analytics:** When a firm owner is making critical business decisions based on guesswork due to a lack of clear financial data, you will construct the necessary data pipelines and develop intuitive profitability dashboards. These tools will provide real-time financial clarity, enabling data-driven strategic planning. • **Automation:** For firms where staff expend hours manually transferring data into numerous, confusing document templates, you will consolidate these into intelligent, dynamic templates. You will then build automation that generates complex documents with speed and accuracy, drastically reducing manual effort. • **AI Implementation:** When a firm is overwhelmed by repetitive tasks and faces low technology adoption rates, you will lead AI training sessions. Your focus will be on embedding practical, safe, and efficient AI usage into their daily workflows, fostering a culture of innovation and productivity. • We pride ourselves on being tool-agnostic, believing in the power of selecting the optimal solution for each unique problem. This approach allows you to gain deep expertise across a diverse range of best-in-class platforms, encompassing both general business tools and legal-specific applications. Your client-facing responsibilities will include: • **Uncovering Operational Challenges:** Proactively identifying law firm operational pain points and effectively translating them into requirements for technical solutions. • **Requirement Gathering & Presentation:** Autonomously gathering client requirements, presenting findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders, and conducting training sessions for client teams to ensure successful adoption of deployed solutions. • **Client Relationship Management:** Building strong, trust-based working relationships with clients, ensuring their high satisfaction and positive Net Promoter Score (NPS). • You will manage between one to four client engagements concurrently, depending on their scale and complexity. You will own the entire implementation lifecycle, with the support of a senior consultant and access to an extensive knowledge base of previous client projects and proven solutions.
