**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, who are automotive dealerships and other industry partners. You will act as a resource for our customers, providing support and assistance with orders, shipments, and other issues. You will also be responsible for escalating critical orders, offering timely and accurate solutions, and maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide fantastic service over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels
* Use computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments and orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders
* Offer timely and accurate solutions to customer issues, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Skills and Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant or related field preferred
* Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Work from home in a secluded and distraction-free environment
* High-speed internet access required
* Ability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
* No weekends or holidays required
