**The Role**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Using problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and strengths:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
