We are a growing digital agency currently completing a migration from Zendesk to HubSpot, which will serve as our new CRM and support platform. We are seeking an experienced HubSpot-certified partner or consultant to take over and continue supporting, maintaining, and expanding our setup.
A previous implementation partner completed a significant portion of the migration, including data transfer and workflow replication. We now need a long-term partner who can step in, understand the existing architecture, and provide ongoing technical and strategic support.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with HubSpot + Zendesk ecosystems, automation, and integrations across multiple platforms.
Scope of Work
The selected partner will be responsible for:
-Reviewing and supporting our existing HubSpot CRM setup
-Continuing and maintaining the Zendesk → HubSpot migration, including:
-Historical ticket and conversation data (migrated through January 14)
-Ticket pipelines, properties, and structure
-Snippets (Zendesk macros) recreated in HubSpot
-Notifications, automations, and workflows
-Supporting and maintaining integrations between:
-Cognito Forms (intake forms)
-Zapier
-HubSpot
-Troubleshooting API connections and automation failures
-Advising on best practices for scaling HubSpot as our agency grows
-Providing ongoing technical support and optimization
Required Experience

-Zendesk (ticketing, macros/snippets, workflows)
-Zapier (multi-step automations, error handling)
-Cognito Forms (or comparable form platforms)
-API integrations and data syncs

-Supporting agencies or service-based businesses
