As a TruGreen Field Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face homeowners see in their neighborhoods, introducing them to the benefits of customized lawn care solutions. Armed with passion, know-how, and dedication to TruGreen's effective Sales Playbook, you will offer tailored services right at their doorsteps, converting casual conversations into loyal customer relationships. Your Responsibilities - You will represent TruGreen, interacting directly with homeowners to understand their needs and providing personalized lawn care solutions that cultivate trust and satisfaction. Every day offers a chance to connect, educate, and win over new customers. Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with enthusiasm and professionalism. Tailor sales messages to fit the unique lawn care requirements of each household, knowing that each yard (and customer) is one-of-a-kind. Transform interest into sales through a proven sales methodology. Document interactions and monitor performance using a CRM, emphasizing the importance of tracking your activities and results. Cross-sell and upsell effectively, helping customers elevate their lawn care experience. What You Will Bring - While a knack for gardening isn't mandatory, a drive to succeed and strong people skills will make every doorstep feel like a warm lead. High school diploma or GED required; people skills are highly valued. Prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial, but enthusiasm and hard work stand out. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as reliability is key. Strong communication skills, able to engage effortlessly, whether in casual conversation or closing deals. Excellent time management abilities and a self-motivated attitude, thriving without needing constant direction. Familiarity with technology and mobile devices is important.
