**Position Description**
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
* Working closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Own a computer at home that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM)
* Webcam and high-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* A quiet workspace with a desk
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
