**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Risk Management Director, you will be responsible for leading our data science and business analytics efforts, driving business strategy and risk management initiatives through the analysis and interpretation of complex data. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Analysis and Interpretation:** Drive the investigation of and examine organized and unstructured data, deciphering information using statistical, financial, AI, or business knowledge procedures.
* **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with innovation and other teams on the integration and execution of risk management approaches and business systems.
* **New Information Sources:** Identify and assess new information sources (controlled and non-directed) that could add incremental value to arenaflex's products and services.
* **Process Improvement:** Advance the use of industry and internal recommended procedures and incorporate administrative feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive consistent improvement in risk management systems and documentation.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Graduate Degree:** A graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 2 years of experience in risk analysis and data science, with a focus on driving business strategy.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Cognos, ETL tools, including SSIS, Python, R, Tableau, Teradata, MS Excel for data analysis and visualization.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams.
