Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in customer service to join our team at arenaflex. As a Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties, including answering phones, responding to orders and inquiries, handling client complaints, and triaging incoming faxes. Key Responsibilities - Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders and re-orders, and addressing general customer inquiries. - Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring efficient and effective processing of orders and requests. - Clarify orders as needed, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Utilize moderate to advanced computer skills to navigate our systems and software, including Frameworks and ECM, to support the delivery of exceptional customer service and pharmacy operations. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: - Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field of pharmacy. - Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing role. - LTC pharmacy experience preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of long-term care pharmacy operations. - High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, science, and communication. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience in navigating software applications, including Frameworks and ECM. - Great telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
