Our employee owners are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records, working closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our services. This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization * Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed * Processing all new and refill prescriptions * Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards * Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to managers * Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system * Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests * May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels * Answering incoming calls promptly and providing high standards of customer service to clients **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) * A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements * Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred * Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred * Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year * Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology **Why Work for arenaflex?** As a 100% employee-owned company, we offer a unique opportunity for our employees to share in the success of our business.
