**Position Goals**
As an Irontime Sales Customer Service Representative, your primary goal will be to maintain customer satisfaction while generating sales. You'll be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, shipping, receiving, posting, cancellation, and other queries.
**Responsibilities**
* Research and post items for sale online and on social media company accounts
* Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
* Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites
* Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory
* Open customer accounts by recording account information
* Maintain customer records by updating account information
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager
**Job Requirements**
* Skilled written and oral communication
* Detail-oriented and goal-driven
* Customer service focus
* Proficient in MS Office applications and online site administration
* Typing speed of 45 WPM
* Organizational skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
* Valid driver's license
**Working Conditions**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in an office and shop environment. Weekend work is expected, but we offer flexible scheduling to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range: $27,000-$43,000/Annually
