**Job Summary**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for addressing the concerns and needs of our clients' customers, providing support, and resolving issues in a fast-paced insurance-based program. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, and we're looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
* Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintain and update customer information as necessary
* Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed customer expectations
* Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
