**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Providing a superior level of customer service**: Ensure our members feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
* **Answering phones in a friendly manner**: Use our information script to provide accurate and helpful information to members and guests.
* **Greeting members, signing up and touring new members**: Create a warm and welcoming environment for our members.
* **Logging amenities**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of member usage and amenities.
* **Responding to member questions and concerns**: Provide timely and professional support to resolve any issues or concerns.
* **Processing beverage or merchandise purchases**: Use our point of sale system to efficiently and accurately process transactions.
* **Promoting our unique fitness instruction classes**: Share the benefits of our PE@PF classes with our active and new members.
* **Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment**: Ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all members.

**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Customer service experience**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* **High school diploma/GED equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
* **Must be 18 years of age or older**: We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all members and team members.
* **Basic computer proficiency**: Familiarity with basic computer software and systems is essential for this role.
**Physical Demands**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:
* **Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull**: Up to 75 pounds, as needed.
* **Encounter cleaning chemicals**: Be prepared to handle cleaning chemicals during your shift.
* **Frequently climb, balance, kneel, and crouch**: Be able to move around the club and perform tasks that require physical activity.
* **Continually reach with hands/fingers/arms**: Be able to reach and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
