They are hiring for the New Consultant Accelerator Program, which is designed for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in data engineering, modeling, and business intelligence. The program includes a technical bootcamp and opportunities to work on client-facing projects with senior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and APIs
- Model and transform data using SQL and modern warehousing practices
- Develop and optimize cloud data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
- Build insightful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and present findings and recommendations to clients
- Maintain documentation and ensure data quality standards
Skills
- Candidates must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Strong SQL fundamentals and a working knowledge of Python for data transformation
- Foundational understanding of data modeling principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High-ownership mentality and reliability
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Prior experience through internships, co-ops, or personal projects
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Previous exposure to consulting or client-facing work, demonstrating active listening and a client-oriented mindset
- Participation in case competitions, hackathons, or analytics competitions
