**Role Purpose**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. Your primary objective will be to assist, delight, and reward our customers, driving customer retention and acquisition through exceptional customer experience.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide a first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.
* Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and service offerings.
* Continually learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
* Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Perform additional tasks as required to support the growth and success of arenaflex.
**Experience Required**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
* Experience working in a remote environment, with strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
* Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

**Shift Pattern**
* Monday to Thursday/Friday
* 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily
