You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your organizational and clerical skills to prepare and verify medical records for audits, mail-outs, and other purposes. Your attention to detail and ability to work at a sustained pace will be crucial in meeting production rates while producing high-quality work. **Responsibilities:** - Communicate effectively with insurance agents, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries - Prepare claim forms and related documentation for audits and/or mail-out, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Review claim submissions and verify the information, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors - Record and maintain policies and claims information in database systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records - Comply with federal, state, and company regulation policies, adhering to industry standards and best practices - Perform clerical tasks as required, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation - Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image and adhering to production procedures - Complete internal documentation and tracking, maintaining accurate records and reports **Requirements:** - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer knowledge, with proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English - Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management, building strong relationships and resolving queries - Ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records, maintaining record order and sequence - Understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy, with a focus on producing high-quality work - Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates, with a focus on efficiency and productivity - 1+ year of medical data entry experience, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts - 1+ years of medical front desk experience, with a focus on customer service and communication **What's in it for you?** - Competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour, paid biweekly - Flexible scheduling, with opportunities to work 12-hour overnight shifts - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, starting on the first day of employment - Paid vacation, holidays, sick, and personal time, with opportunities for growth and development - Tuition reimbursement and employee stock purchase program, supporting your career and financial goals - Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities to learn and grow with a global leader in records and information management **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a global leader in records and information management, trusted by over 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
