Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a passion for innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity. **The Role** As a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers visiting our websites, engaging with them in real-time to validate and prequalify leads. This critical role is essential to our marketing team, as it directly impacts the business by providing valuable insights and opportunities for growth. You'll work remotely, preferably near our branch offices in Calgary or Dallas-Fort Worth, and be responsible for: * Real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites * Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com * Transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities * Becoming an expert in the live chat platform * Developing a deep understanding of our products and services * Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs * Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform * Enhancing training and best practices documentation * Developing and communicating ideas for improvement in our customer journey * Monitoring KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc. * Collaborating with sales team and key marketing team members, related to leads and live chat * Performing other assigned tasks **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Commercial modular construction industry experience (preferred) * Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience (preferred) * Salesforce.com experience (preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Keen ability to multitask and prioritize * Organized with attention to detail * Customer service oriented * Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries * Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity * Tactful and inquisitive * Proficient in MS Office * Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm * Compliance with all company employment policies **Nice-to-Haves** While not essential, experience in the commercial construction industry, live chat platforms, and familiarity with digital marketing strategies would be a valuable asset in this role. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Health insurance * 401(k) * Tuition reimbursement * Work from home flexibility **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and stimulating.
