We are seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of land development experience to join our dynamic team in Orange County. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that shape the community. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, contributing to innovative engineering designs, detailed plan preparation, and comprehensive project reports and studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop engineering designs for various land development projects.
- Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Assist in conducting studies and generating reports to support project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Carlson/Civil3D/AutoCAD preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
