This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in revenue cycle operations, data entry, and communication. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage * Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services * Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date * Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams * Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information * Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements, working closely with our team to implement new processes and procedures **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required * Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required * Data Entry experience filling out online forms * Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals * Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus * Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly * Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
