**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Fielding customer inquiries and resolving complex issues via phone, email, chat, and social media
* Calmly and professionally de-escalating customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues

**Qualifications**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to type 25 words per minute
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to learn new software and technologies
