**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Specialist – Advertisements Information Model Development, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our advertisements information model. This model is used across various business regions and capabilities, from educational analysis to feature development for statistical models. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and extend the core information models that our Advertising capabilities use to address business questions. You will work closely with a team of skilled data engineers and designers to imagine how all the information components from various sources should fit together and then execute that plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and extend the core information models that our Advertising capabilities use to address business questions
* Collaborate with partners to identify needs, model tables using programming and data warehouse best practices, and develop information pipelines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality information
* Work with Examination Architects, Data Researchers, and Computer Programmers to create data indexes that will serve analysis and reporting needs intuitively
* Foster best practices for the management of data indexes with sensitive data
* Build strong and collaborative relationships with data researchers, analysis specialists, and AI experts
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data warehousing, data modeling, and data transformation for both group and streaming
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in data engineering and information modeling, preferably in the advertising industry
* Strong background in data modeling and data engineering across different frameworks
* Experience building creation data pipelines, preferably using at least one distributed processing system like Hadoop or Hive
* Profound knowledge of data transformation and data warehousing
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with obtaining and displaying data from application APIs
* Familiarity with group-based programming development tools and best practices
* Strong understanding of data protection and GDPR regulations
* Experience with large information tech – Hadoop, Flash, Pig, Hive, Voila, etc.
* Proven track record of building performant data pipelines and advancing existing work processes for new features
