With a team of 22,500 people across 32 countries, we operate across a range of markets, from financial services to healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, insurance, and many more industry segments. **Job Description** We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Customer Analytics team, focusing on fraud prevention and customer insights. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Implementation Engineering teams to understand customer use cases and application flows. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting prospect-facing technical analysis to compute and present Return on Investment (ROI) for all sales engagements * Performing technical analysis for existing clients and presenting results to optimize performance and support expansion opportunities * Bridging the gap between revenue and technical departments to promote revenue generation and retention * Collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Implementation Engineering teams to understand customer needs and revenue opportunities * Distilling customer needs and revenue opportunities into achievable technical milestones, guiding Data Science and Engineering development efforts * Supporting the Sales Engineering team in guiding customer analyses to win proof of value trials, convert prospects to clients, and expand customer usage * Creating enablement materials, including best practices, reference guides, FAQs, video content, and analysis walk-throughs, to coach customers and partners on realizing and quantifying value * Sharing voice-of-customer and data-driven conclusions to inform product strategy **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Computer Science * 3+ years of experience in fraud management, fraud strategy, or fraud operations, developing fraud prevention strategies and procedures * Experience in fraud detection, data analysis, or a related field * Proficiency in handling large datasets using SQL and Python * Experience with data analytics software and tools, including Snowflake, Looker, and GitHub * Comfortable presenting results internally and externally **Benefits and Perks** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A great compensation package and bonus plan * Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K * Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid, or in-office * Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick, and 12-paid holidays **Company Culture** At arenaflex, we celebrate individuality and diversity.
