**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information. You will work closely with our healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care, while maintaining the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Patient Experience**
+ Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with products and services
+ Resolve patient issues promptly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience
+ Model and promote excellent customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and personalized experience
+ Collaborate with patients to understand their needs and proactively offer services to enhance their experience
* **Data Entry and Management**
+ Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards
+ Perform data analysis and reporting to support healthcare teams in making informed decisions
* **Clinical and Healthcare Services**
+ Provide clinical and healthcare services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient education
+ Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
+ Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health and wellness

+ Work closely with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and services

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited educational institution
* Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
* Experience performing prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems
* Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and colleagues
