**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enabling our customers to take control of their health and wellness. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to our clients via telephone, email, and online chat
* Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Proactively identify solutions to common issues, taking ownership of each case from start to finish
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to deliver exceptional results
* Provide top-tier support to our clients, working in a fast-paced environment to meet their needs
* Assist with responding to client requests regarding their protection and copays, as needed
* Furnish our clients with technical support while exploring our online platform
* Serve our clients promptly, ensuring that we're building a long-term relationship with each and every one
**We're Looking for Contenders in the Following Areas:**

**Essential Capabilities**
* Must live in the state of Utah
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
* Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills
* Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed
* Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 hours), with a 14-day advance notice
* Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours
**Preferred Capabilities**
* 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting guidelines for efficiency and quality
* Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
