**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, including:
* Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
* Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve issues
* Making recommendations to customers to close sales and drive revenue growth
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for high-end fashion and luxury retail
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
* 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience and high-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
