**About This Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in our remote customer service team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for working in a contact environment to promote products and financial services, providing initial problem resolution by identifying opportunities for customer service improvement and proposing strategies to resolve internal and external customer issues. You'll also work hard to support customers, manage risks by following all policies and procedures, and stay informed of changes.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Advise on digital services such as online submission of declarations and other documents, electronic signature documents, and other digital opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client questions and provide effective solutions
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* Two or more years of customer service, financial services, or equivalent experience demonstrated by one or more of the following: employment, training, military, education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers
* Basic Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to use search tools to find information and monitor multiple computer windows and applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred
**Desired Qualifications:**
* In-depth industry knowledge and experience with complex client questions
* Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate digital improvements to deliver a better customer experience
* Ability to resolve computer problems and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers
* Brokerage experience and knowledge of investment terminology
* Basic Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to use search tools to find information and monitor multiple computer windows and applications
