We believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration and strive to create an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative and impactful strategies to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk control excellence. You will work closely with our team to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business results. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk control excellence * Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns and develop insights that inform business decisions * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business results * Review and display data quality, insurance, and freshness * Analyze present data to develop metrics that provide robust controls and insights * Collaborate with new data and present partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes * Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science * Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to AXP's Third Party Lifecycle Management program * Have consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic fast-paced global environment **Essential Qualifications** * Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed * Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners * Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas * Strong technical skills to perform data evaluation, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting * Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with large data and cloud environments * Experience in an economic services company in data or process function * Knowledge of Credit Risk and or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or outside Credit or Fraud Risk data reasserts preferred * Master's Degree or better required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced global environment * Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques * Experience working with large data sets and cloud environments * Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles * Experience working with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven solutions **Benefits** We value our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
