**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Data Analysis:** Own the weekly/monthly dashboards for key metric tracking and related deep dives
* **Data Visualization:** Automate data layouts and reports using various tools and technologies
* **Collaboration:** Engage with cross-functional teams to assist with running deep dives, testing hypotheses, and evaluating the impact of ML/model changes on key metrics
* **Data Storytelling:** Develop compelling data stories to inform business decisions and drive growth
* **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* **Business Acumen:** Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations
