**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will help us build trust and loyalty with our customers, driving long-term growth and success for arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products and services
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
* Respond to online chat inquiries and phone calls, providing clear and concise information to customers
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
**Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
* Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
* Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
* NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
* NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
