As a Full Stack Communications and Visual Design Professional, you will be responsible for:
* Composing, planning, capturing, and altering the CIO's communications to partners, including declarations, web videos, video content, comments, and other vital communications on a case-by-case basis.
* Planning illustrations for use in/on messages, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical resources.
* Shooting and altering videos to be used within owned channels.
* Supporting the preparation and execution of entries for recognition of associates through the organization's head grant programs.
* Supporting estimation and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of partner communications.
* Creating and managing surveys and reporting for city centers, authority discussions, and roundtables, and other events.
* Managing email distributions to partners.
* Supporting planning, communications, and coordination for city centers and worldwide management events.
* Providing illustrations and content creation support for city centers and other significant presentations by leaders.
* Supporting the work of the broader Partner Communications group through the planning and delivery of content on the organization intranet and other communications channels, as well as research, visual design, and writing, editing on a case-by-case basis.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience with internal communications.
* Fantastic writing and editing abilities
* Strong visual design and typography abilities. Experience designing digital and physical resources.
* Middle-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
* Experience with capturing and editing short-form videos and webcast content.
* Demonstrated ability to execute brand guidelines, propose, and convey strong and powerful messaging ideas across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums.
* Experience with intranet/content management systems (Unily or more).
* Remarkable project management mastery, collaboration abilities, and demonstrated ability to build associations with many internal partners.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-speed environment.
* Phenomenal judgment and a demonstrated history of creating and executing programs that drive distinctive outcomes.
* Solid analytical abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Portfolio (writing and creative) required.
* Four-year degree in Communications, Visual Design, or comparable experience.
