As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (preferred)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
* Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of analysts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Apple's products and services
* Knowledge of Apple's business analytics tools and platforms
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
* Certification in data science, business analytics, or related field (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional)
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
