About the Position

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
- 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in chat support is strongly preferred, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms being a significant advantage.
- Patient and compassionate approach when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to learn and help customers succeed.
